We knew we had a problem when we called Ready Pest Solutions because something bit me as I was getting out of bed. Good reviews helped us find this company, and I made the call. Phil, professional and friendly, said he’d make certain he was out that day. And he was, explaining our issue (fire ants), and reassuring us that he’d take care of the problem. Not only did he do so, he also provided an electronic receipt, explaining what he’d done and where he’d done it. This is the kind of stuff loved by my detail-oriented wife. We’ll be using Ready Pest again.

Owner/service provider Mr. Maready was thorough, knowledgeable and helpful on initial visit. Focus will be on keeping mice out of the house rather than just killing ’em after they’ve gotten inside. Found and repaired a couple of previously unknown intrusion points. Along with assistant, Mark, professional and pleasant to work with.

Philip is very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our house and other buildings are protected from termites. He answered all my questions through the original application and follow up inspections. Mark came with him for a follow up inspection and he was very friendly and professional.
